REGISTRATION AND FORMS

Registration requires the following:

 

  • Completion of diocesan Safe Environment Clearances 

  • Signing our Participation Agreement

  • Signing our discipline form

  • Signing a photo release form

  • Annual enrollment fee of $35/family for initial enrollment, $25/family for each subsequent year (Paid by cash or check)

We will be staying in touch with families through the Remind service.  Please sign up here.
